This Grant Agreement Policy outlines the general terms and conditions under which Allan Children's Foundation receives, manages, and implements grants in support of its charitable programs and community projects.
1. Purpose of the Grant
Grants received by Allan Children's Foundation are used solely to support approved charitable programs that align with our mission β including child education, healthcare, nutrition, empowerment, and community development.
All grants are managed according to approved project plans and budgets, ensuring that every dollar directly contributes to the intended cause.
2. Responsible Use of Funds
All funds received through grants are:
Used exclusively for the approved project or purpose.
Managed in accordance with financial accountability and transparency standards.
Never used for political, religious, or personal gain.
Recorded and audited according to nonprofit financial best practices.
Any adjustments to project budgets or objectives require prior written approval from the donor or granting partner.
3. Reporting and Accountability
Allan Children's Foundation maintains a strong commitment to open reporting. We provide our grantors and partners with:
Regular Progress Reports
Narrative reports on funded projects showing milestones and achievements.
Financial Reports
Detailed financial reports supported by receipts and documentation.

6. Grant Duration and Adjustments
Each grant is implemented according to its approved timeline and may be extended or modified only through mutual written agreement between Allan Children's Foundation and the donor or granting organization.
7. Termination of Grants
A grant may be suspended or terminated if:
Funds are used inconsistently with the approved purpose.
Reporting obligations are not met.
There is a breach of this policy or applicable laws.
In such cases, any unspent funds will be returned to the donor or reallocated with written consent.
8. Acknowledgment of Support
We recognize and appreciate all partners, donors, and organizations that support our work.
Unless anonymity is requested, Allan Children's Foundation may publicly acknowledge grant support through our website, social media, or reports β always with respect to donor preferences.
9. Confidentiality
Allan Children's Foundation treats donor and partner information with strict confidentiality.
Financial and personal data are never disclosed to third parties without consent, except when legally required.
